For chain control information in the park, please see park alerts or visit our Current Conditions page. Use this interactive California highway map tool to find rest areas, areas of traffic congestion, highway construction zones, and chain control areas outside the parks. Start with the base topography layer, click on layer visibility to choose layers to add to your map (e.g., ranger stations, shuttle stops, overlooks), then save a digital version or print a copy to bring to the park.
